As a Veterinary Wholesaler, we have to service our receiving and dispatch doors every 6 months in accordance with various medical control councils. The previous 2 companies we had, merely checked the tension on chain and re-greased the doors which we felt was expensive for 1,5 Hours work. For the same price Immac spent 2 hours on each door, removing the canopy (others did not), checked for rust. Did a proper check for tension in the canopy and chain (not chain alone). Degreased all the old grease and re-grease with a silicone grease. This was well money spent and we will certainly be using them every 6 months.

Excellent speedy and prompt service. I received a quote within 24 hours of enquiry and site visit. Price was also very competitive. Very good communication throughout the manufacturing and installation of a custom made door. I would recommend them and use them for future service.

My experience with contractors in Mosselbay is that you need to be very careful, and many are not trustworthy. Immac has proofed to me that you can still find contractors with integrity and affordability in one package. From the start to the end, they were helpful without exploiting me. I can highly recommend their services. This was one of the times that I felt satisfied and thankful for money well spent.
