Was told twice that someone would call me, which did not happen. Was told my boards would take three to four days. After a week, when I enquired, I was asked which way the grain should run. I explained that when I ordered the boards. Ordered supawood, oak veneer on one side and something more smooth on the other, that could be easily painted. When I picked it up, it was chipboard with oak on both sides.
