On 16 October 2022, I was at Sasol. I only wanted to check the air. We were waiting and one of the attendees, Erick, attended to the vehicle next to ours, who stopped there after us. When I asked him that I would just like to have the Tyre pressure checked he told me you can wait". My husband also had issues with attendees not assisting. They take their time and we sometimes have to wait for 5 minutes before we are helped.The service is poor and attendees does not have any manners. That is why I will rather use the other petrol stations as Sasol's service delivery is BAD."

Great place to refuel. Friendly customer service even on busy days. One cashier makes shift change a bother but otherwise no hassles.

Stopped at Sasol last night (28/05/2022) just for some water to be put in my tank. The one petrol attendant saw me standing and waiting for service, yet he finished his chat with his friend and walked inside to do who knows what. Very disappointed. Worst service ever received at any garage I have ever been to.

Worst service from a garage, staff would rather chat before helping. Was there now to fill up but after like 5 minutes of no service decided to rather fill up at another place. Photos posted are inaccurate and not of this garage. The shop doesn't nearly even look like that and doesn't have such a wide variety of products. If possible, try to avoid them at all costs.
