Located on the first floor of The Promenade shopping centre. Friendly, approachable and helpful staff were able to recommend medicine for chesty cough. Shop appeared well stocked.

Googled open pharmacies near me, and Google told me they'll be open, got there to find they're not, they haven't updated their hours and when I told the owner he told me they can't change their hours, they don't have time. I also have my own business it takes a minute to update. Very frustrating.

Terrible. Went to find tablets so that I could eat on my last night out with my family and was treated horribly by the owner of the pharmacy, Alan. It was unexpected and uncalled for as I told him I didn’t like confrontation only to have him continue to aggressively speak to me. I’m really disappointed to have received service like that and hope that the mall can have a talk to him as nobody should have to experience treatment like that.

Small place poorly stocked. Posted hours on a scrap of paper on their shutters as they close much earlier than advertised. Waste of time and effort. Don’t recommend.
