Professionally covered my couches. Very good service.

I ordered a couch from them and it was delivered the same evening, unfortunately the orientation was incorrect and they then said I can keep it till they delivered the correct one which they did 2 days later. They went out of their way to deliver and made this purchase a very pleasant one! Beautiful and great quality couch. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

If you want genuine work -megabrand is the one for you. They pay attention to detail -I am happy with their work.

I messaged Megabrand in early December 2022 asking if they would be able to upholster my massage chair. I accompanied this with photos of the chair. They responded and said they could do it and told me the cost. I agreed and we arranged for the chair to be picked up from my home. They have had my chair since then. In January I contacted them asking for progress (cause I had been told it would take 5 days) and I was told they couldn’t do the upholstering as they did not want to damage the chair. Since then I have been waiting for them to return the chair. I have had no choice but to now file a police report and a report with the consumer council. I am disgusted at their behaviour and their service or lack of.

Just received my lazy boy back and I could not be happier. Its gorgeous!!. Thanks Megabrand, will see you again!
