Great place for all your coffee equipment requirements

If you expect more than mediocre service read this review. We live in a time where old fashioned excellent service is merely a memory of days gone by. It was refreshing to deal with a company that cares much more about the customer and their reputation than just making a few quick bucks.I am a private individual with an electronic La Marzocco coffee machine. It gave strange problems and the manufacturers in Italy just pulled up their shoulders with no answer or workable suggestion from their side.CoffeeQuip persisted and simply refused to give up. They made many calls to my residence doing their utmost to solve the problem regardless of the lack of support from the manufacturers.Today after MANY hours and several trips they managed to fix the problem.I was shuddering at the thought of the bill I expected. Great was my surprise when the bill arrived so low that it probably didn't even cover their traveling costs. (I intend to rectify that.)George and Ernie I salute you!!
