I am extremely disappointed on the after sales service provided at Watercrest. On 26 September 2021 I purchased a Sun nail lamp. I used it successfully 3 times and, during the 4th use, it stopped working. I took it back to be told there is nothing they can do. No refund, no stop and no sending back for repairs. I am disgusted that this is the sort of service I was dealt. It will be a store I do not visit again.

The store at Cradel Mall has incorrect pricing on the shelf so getting to the till shows R10 more, and then we get a run around for 45min initially told that's what it is.With a bit of motivation we eventually paid what we saw on the shelve poor service

Value co is the home of bad experience for customers. I wonder what qualifications the directors and management have if they can't run a simple online store. I'm still waiting for my refund and it's the second week now.

It has taken 2 full weeks (with unfulfilled promises) and my parcel has still not arrived yet I stay in jhb (where the head office is), I was also told that they don't have certain things that I ordered.If you on a time constraint... Don't order or Order waaay in advance!!
