I would like to say the following: people who really care for their clothes, especially good labels, should never use Constantia personal dry cleaners- simply to avoid disappointment.I used them only because they are just around the corner from me, which was the only point in their favor.In the time, that I used them, my feedback speaks for itself:1. They are often late to open in the morning.2. A few times, during the day, the door was closed because receptionist was shopping for groceries ..they don't mind to inconvenience people.3. Many times clothing items were not delivered when promised, but no one will let you know, you will just waste you time going there..that's Ok with them too.4. Their pressing of clothes is very badly done, things are literally disfigured and look awful.5. They messed up my bedding, claiming that the ink mark will disappear but returned it with the same mark, slightly paler but bigger, the color of duvet in that area was also bleached away.6. On my favorite cap, from Switzerland, they broke a hard part of visor under the fabric: shocking!!!In addition they mess up the inside of garments by lots of staples, which have to be removed by the castomer: you either damage your fingers or your garment, trying to remove them ( speak from experience!)7. Many times I received clothes after cleaning " with the same marks and debris ( especially at the bottom of sleeves and pants). Had to leave it there again.8. They couldn't pull a thin leather belt through its fabric " tunnel " around the waste on my expensive pants..instead

No care or attention to detail. Items improperly wrapped. Came back with more creases than when they left. And they conveniently don't provide invoices unless asked for.

Poor service, disinterested woman staffing kiosk in Constantia Village. They ruined my joggers (patchy dye) and blamed the company they outsourced this to, without even an apology. They simply don’t care. Don’t recommend at all. They don’t deserve custom.

Not open on time - had to wait 30mins from opening time in the parking lot. Disorganised upon collection - had to collect my two items separately because one got “lost” in the back of the shop.

Not open on time today. Cardigan not cleaned properly..not impressed
