Swimtronics

I ordered backstroke flags from Swimtronics and received them today 8/11/2022 and was left speechless at what I received. At no point in any of my communication telephonically, emails or even on their website does it make mention of using sticker’s. I received a triangular vinyl flag with a white sticker in the middle of the flag when I was expecting a print of two white dolphins. When contacting the company and expressing my dismay at what I had received and asked if I could return them and get a refund, the reply was a flat NO. Poor quality, did not deliver what was discussed. Worse customer relations. I would strongly advise you to spend your money elsewhere and not here!
