Went to the shop, because my decoder needed to be reformatted. The sales person suggested that he issue me with a another. decoder. It worked for about a week. Went back to the store, was told, it is the power supply. Bought power supply twice. Was still having the same problem. (Red light stays on)I was lost for options. This morning (Sunday) I drove to DSTV walk in Centre in Randburg . The decoder was tested and found to be faulty.So the question remain, why was I given the run around and why was the decoder misdiagnosed, twice

Pathetic service, this place gave me the runaround for a week with their network that was offline. Give me a refurbished unit that doesn't work, cost me R1200 to have an installer to tell me the decoder is not working. Now, I have a Bad Attitude and Gerrie tells me to tell Multichoice that he refuses to help me because he delivers a free service to me with my bad attitude.

He is very skilled and knowledgeable and made sure I did not have to pay for additional services without exploring all avenues. Thank you Gerrie
