Went for a viewing, I thought this was a lovely place. Beautiful view from roof top, most rooms are spacious. Safety is also prioritised.

A great student accommodation, I came to drop off my daughter and saw how much fun these students have at my domain, they have friendly monitors who are always smiling and are helpful. I am not even afraid of anything because i know my daughter is safe at My domain. The students don't go out they have fun in the entertainment area, and they are left alone to enjoy themselves while meeting other students. I am bringing 4 more kids to live at my domain. the WiFi is said to be a bit of a problem at times but nothing too big. it is definitely worth my money

Absolutely poor wifi. Insufficient communication and sense of urgency from the rude and unwelcoming manager. Roach issue. Theft. Issues not well addressed by the manager. Safety issue: no access to stairs, what happens in the case of an emergency?Would definitely NOT recommend.

Both rooms I stayed in had terrible pest problems. Cockroaches everywhere. They crawled around all my belongings and pooped and layed eggs on everything. Absolute nightmare. They fumigated my room, the first time with permission, the other two times they barged in without warning nor permission. The stuff they used was so awful that it was hard to breathe in my room for a few weeks after.Further, balcony was disgusting. Having my sliding door open was the only way for my room to get fresh air, but so much garbage flew in from the balcony every day.Other residents were really noisy. There was often really loud music blasting in the middle of the night. There was a train railway on the one side of the building that contanstantly makes annoying electronic sounds and the train itself was deafening.I had to end my lease early, because the place felt unlivable for me. When ending my lease, they kept my entire deposit and pressured me to sign the damage forms before they had filled in their side. It took a lot of insistence to get them to fill it in in front of me. Their leases and checkout process is so predatory, they get away with it because students are new to renting and often don't know better.

It’s a quiet place and great for someone who enjoys their own space and independence and for studying and doesn’t mind not interacting with people much and if you do interact with people most of them are friendly and from different countries so there are diverse characters cause I’ve met some pretty cool people on the elevator. The people at the front desk are helpful and welcoming and they help wherever possible. The views from the roof are beautiful and I enjoy going up there to hang out with friends or just to think. The wifi can be a bit slow towards the end of the month and the laundry machine acts up here and there. But if you do consider coming here and you like your own space, going to the gym sometimes, privacy and a quiet place to study and lots of different people to meet- you’ll enjoy being here! PS it’s not that quiet yet cause of construction during the week days but that should be over soon- hopefully!!!

This a student accommodation and it is cockroach-infested. There are cockroaches everywhere. They have a rooftop pool though, free wifi and study rooms. The wifi is bad and slow sometimes. The rooms come with a TV, bar fridge and an induction cooker. You can get a view of the mountain from your room. The staff here is friendly.

The place is good for students and working class people, there is free WiFi, pool, sports ground on rooftop, 24/7 security. It close to both UCT campus (main) and V&A waterfront mall.
