Urban Elephant, has really quality apartments , service,facilities and phenomenal city views.Lazarus, the host made us feel at home and ensured that all our requirements were attended to!

Komfortowy apartament ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami wymienionymi w opisie. Budynek z recepcją, parking podziemny, zamykany z ochroną. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do portu, spokojna dzielnica, bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Kapsztadu i okolic.Suszarka na pranie nie działała, jednak po szybkim wyszukaniu instrukcji obsługi okazało się, że wszystkie filtry wymagały wyczyszczania i należało opróżnić pojemnik na wodę. Obsługa powinna jednak takie rzeczy wykonać po każdym gościu.

We booked the lovely Room 204 at Docklands via Urban Elephant for our stay in December.Having previously been let down on a previous location booking where the property was being moved back into by the owner, and subsequently our booking was cancelled, we were advised by Urban Elephant that this kind of thing would not happen to us with them.Fast forward 3 months and we’re are told that the Room we had booked is no longer possible as the owner is selling.So for the 3rd time for my November Holiday I have had a booking cancelled and now have to start again with higher prices and less availability this close to my Holiday.To be fair I was offered an alternative of a much smaller room over at 16 on Bree but it did not compare to my original booking and I would rather somewhere in Docklands as per my original booking or of similar size/layout elsewhere.So the warning to all is these companies who market apartments on behalf of the seller can have the property taken away at a moments notice and not have to honour any bookings. Hope that doesn’t happen to you.
