Had a bad experienced the ladies upstairs where supper friendly...went to the guys downstairs the guy at the first counter had astinkin attitude.ddnt even make eye contact nuting and really needed his assistance coz we had a big quotation ..will never ever sat my foot in that shop again ..i dnt know if its becoz we black ...

If there was a zero star then they would get it. We walked in and no body wanted to help us. Eventually left and will never return. Absolutely shocking service. In times like these business' should treat potential customers like gold. I would rather purchase the same quality goods on-line than waste my time and money at On Tap East London.

They dont deserve one star. Pathetic service! Never inform you before you phoned them so many times. Their delivery service is so bad, totally wasting my time and money. Eventually delivered but not the same quantities either correct items. No apologies from their side at all. You dont offer this service because someone who is in charge are on holiday. Never want to go back and no recommendations for anybody in East London. There are far better people who can offer better services with some better attitudes towards their customers. Hope the owner of Ontap can see this and make it better.

A well run business with extremely efficient and courteous staff. Llewellyn and Donovan downstairs in the plumbing section are most helpful and knowledgeable. Shona always takes my money with a smile. Nicole upstairs is very friendly and goes the extra mile when assisting customers. Highly recommended.
