Great customer service & clean space.

This was my first experience here and it will certainly not be my last. The staff are friendly, not too chatty (which is awesome)and sooo professional. The salon is extremely clean and I'm really happy with the end result. Thank you to Kaylin who was my nail technician. This will definitely be my go-to I highly recommend

I’ve been here a few times and overall I am happy with this salon. It is an upmarket salon so you can expect it to be a little more on the pricey side, however there is great care and attention to detail when it comes to their customers. They are very accommodating of your needs as the customer and they have an in-store bathroom, which is great if you don’t want to be walking around the mall with a half done head of hair.They offer a wide range of services as well, such as waxing and manicures and pedicures.All their staff are also incredibly friendly.

I have never been this upset by the service of a hair salon. I took my 15 year old daughter for knotless braid recently. Because of how impressive and professional the place looks like I decided to leave her there whilst I ran other errands.The feedback she gave on her experience with the hairdresser (Naomi) was appalling. Firstly she gave my daughter the hairpiece to hold without asking her if she minded. She also expected her to partition the hairpiece according to the thickness she Naomi wanted.Secondly there was a time when she abandoned by daughter for more than half an hour to attend to other clients, who still does this especially at a salon that advises people to make an appointment and yes we had an appointment.Then she kept on tapping my daughter on her shoulder reminding her to give her the hairpiece even when my daughter was falling asleep.The worst was when my daughter was chatting with her friend on her phone and Naomi tapped her again on the shoulder instructing her to give her the hairpiece. My daughter then said “but I’m busy on the phone” Naomi then grabbed my daughter’s phone and pressed down together with her hand as if to say stop what you are doing with your phone and give me the hairpiece.My daughter says there was like a silent struggle with the phone, she then pulled the other her other hand that was holding the hairpiece like to emphasise she needed the hairpiece. I’m actually getting triggered and upset all over again.I have never experienced anything like this at any of the hair salons I have been to. And to experience this at a salon that prides and markets itself as premium and where we also pay premium prices is upsetting and unacceptable. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything from its management after complaining to the kind lady who was manning the reception area.I don’t normally leave my daughter alone at hair salons because I have seen how some hairdressers treat young clients when parents are not there. But for some reason I thought Thamani beauty bar was different because of its aesthetics and where it is located. Boy was I wrong!!Hair salons are places we go to pamper ourselves, not to be ill treated and or abused like Naomi did to my daughter. The whole experience was upsetting to my daughter and by extension to me.

I take my son to get his hair cut here, he absolutely enjoys his interactions with the barber, Treslinn - great service.I absolutely love the convenience of the online booking system.

Yunique did an excellent job at my nails, she is fast and amazing with an ombré French!

I honestly do not know who is the owner of these telephone lines at this place, hope fully not this Chanel. You are the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever come across. My child is in your day care and you are extremely rude when I call you to discuss matters regarding my child. You called me from the beauty bar's telephone number yesterday, that is why I called back on it today. So you own or work at a hair salon and do not pay attention to issues at your day care. Look now, a bad review on the page that has nothing to do with the Beauty Bar at all. But it does say a lot about the staff / owner though. You say you'll go to the police? For what, tolerating your rude behavior? Go please.
