You always get help and they don't give you attitude, they even take into account that we're students meaning we might not have the money to fix somethings and they give discounts

I am a part-time student , who has to take time of work to drop off my lap in the morning and then been told they have not completed the work because of incorrect password. UWC ICS Service Desk ask for written details of my telephone number but don't use it. For educated group of people this has me worried for the quality of services that's offered by UWC ,who I might say is a great university with GREAT LECTURERS , but the quality services offered by the ICS service desk is LACKING.Yours SincerelyDisappointed Student
