Thank you Curtain and Blind workshop for your professional service with fitting my curtains. I took the measurements myself and went to the store in Kramerville. Received excellent assistance with regards to the material, rail and installations.Firstly I wanted to install myself but then opted for them to install, throwing money at the problem of installations.They kept me informed about the installations and did a professional job, had their own broom etc. I even joked to say they took the dirt with them.The curtains was slightly to long, so here just myself to blame as they explained about the deductions for the rail but at the time I said no adjustments. Curtains went back to workshop and they did the alterations.Finally my curtains are installed and I’m very happy and satisfied.

These guys were great. I went back and forth so many times on different options, but they were super patient with me and helped me to arrive at a decision I was happy with. They helped me to expedite the process, and the installers did a really neat/job. Very happy with CNBW and will use them again!

Curtains and Blinds Kramerville has been so helpful to me in terms of design assistance, patience with site issues from my side, and with the most professional installation. I am so happy with their products and with how my house looks.

I didn't have a good experience at all with Curtain & Blind Workshop Krammerville and will not be making use of their services moving forward, nor will I be recommending them. CBW charged me a R750 call-out fee for their guy to come and take measurements of all the windows in my home. They insisted that they use their own person to take measurements due to accuracy and the standard of their services. The sales assistant told me that I would thereafter receive a comprehensive quotation with the measurements however, this was not the case. The quotation I recieved was for an exorbitant amount and no measurements were included. When I asked to be sent the measurements separately (I mean, I am not going to pay another R750 callout fee for someone else to come and retake the same measurements, just to give me a comparative quote) I was directed to the measurement terms and conditions which I had read and signed before measurements could be taken and nowhere on the t's&c's does it explicitly address the sharing or non-sharing of measurements after they have been taken. I was also told that I would have to pay an additional R2500 for my measurements to be sent to me. So in essence, CBW expected me to buy" the measurements to my own windows

Lebo was excellent help, she kept in contact with me from the first day to the end of installation. I’m so happy with the work at curtain and blinds workshop
