Leap Pest Control, is a great company. They went out of their way to assist us and get the job done. Their customer service is great and employees very friendly! We will definitely use them again in the future.

The first time we booked through Daddy's Deals we didn't have ants for almost 5 months. The second time we booked them, they had to come twice due to their product not working. (They confirmed they were using a new poison - possibly an inferior product based on the outcome) When it still didn't wok even one bit, and I inquired, they told me I should pay another R600 and they will come sort it out?! Needless to say, we still have a terrible infestation.One of the workers was so busy figuring out his equipment that I got sprayed in the face with the poison. The other one spent most of the visit asking me how he can also get a job working from home.Extremely unprofessional.

Unprofessional company with very poor customer service. Their work is untidy. After changing a light fitting in the house, they left all the old components lying all over the room. Despite booking a few weeks in advance, they had not ordered the correct part for installation on the day the repairs were supposed to be conducted. This delayed the service and the transfer of the property. I would also suggest that you double check the invoice with the work conducted - we were charged for 4 light bulbs that were never installed and are still waiting to be reimbursed with no communication from the management. Terrible service. If you are looking a someone to conduct electrical/gas/entomology certificates for a house transfer rather use a different company!

Changing from 1 to 3 starsAfter leaving a negative review, I was offered a free pest treatment. I accepted on 13 Jan and got no response, I followed up on 27 Jan and got a date of 29 Jan.After the treatment I was happy with the service and they contacted me 3 times to update my review. Which I was happy to do. However in the last two weeks, we've noticed roaches around the same areas as before and particularly large amounts ants in new areas. Specifically the bathroom where there's no food so that's a bit puzzling.Even though the treatment doesn't seem to have worked at all, I'm giving them 3 stars because other companies wouldn't care about a bad review, at least these guys tried.

Leap pest is one of the best pest companies ive come across. Quick efficient reliable and readily available. Any and all questions that i may have are always answered when ever they around. They explain what precautions and steps i need to take for the time frame of waiting for the sprays to become fully effective. So yeah with all the information that they always give about what they doing and why they doing it and how it will help, i would definitely recommend their services to other people. Very happy with the service for general pest control and borer inspection. Service was fast and efficient and will definitely use them again!

Unprofessional service. Found a whole pile of their rubbish(coke bottles, cigarette packs and butts, sign with their logo on it) in our flower beds. Damage to property. Will never use them again and would not recommend them.
