Good service, beautiful selection of marble for South African standards. N1 Womag is a better visit, because the marble is exhibited in a large open area.

It was a tricky 8m marble top at a church. with joints and corners and overlaps. And it had to be accurate.The admin was pleasant and quick. The team was on time to measure. Not good. Bought bathroom accessories including two toilet pans. Some time after delivery found the toilets broken. Womag blames the transport company and says once it leaves their store, not their problem! Transport company says delivery was intact not their problem! Many emails later, no solution. Not our problem they say. Would you buy from them?!Sent Womag contact details as they requested for investigation and all that I received was a response saying the same thing, that they could not be held responsible and offering me a discount on anything I needed to purchase !!?No explanation as to why it took almost a month from the date of purchase to the date of delivery!

The owner takes great care to personally select the most exquisite natural stone from around the world, I had the opportunity to speak to him about their selection.They have the most beautiful exotic natural stone tiles and slabs I have ever seen, my personal favourite being Labradrorite, absolutely stunning.Like everything made by nature, the beauty is in it's diversity, no two slabs are alike, no two tiles are alike. I would advise viewing the batch and selecting the slab used for your project, or viewing a dry layout of the tiles you are interested in, this is important.My review of WOMAG is completely unbiased.Do I recommend this company? Absolutely.

StressDisappointedDisgustedAgreed it is natural stone but to get batches that don’t match and being told that you should lay out before you fit but if you dare take out of crate you can not send it back. Where is the logic?

Poor service with quotations and installations, you need to follow up yourself on progress, quotations takes for ages, promis you 2 days, I awaiting 7 days now

During February 2020 my wife and I visited the WOMAG showroom in Paarden Eiland to search for granite to finish off the counter tops in our Family/Braai room.We were assisted by your sales representative, Jonathan Schietekat, who expertly and professionally informed us about the advantages and/or disadvantages of the various types of stone that you had on offer in your showroom and we were able to make a decision wrt the one that we preferred.Jonathan kept us updated throughout the entire process from the initial template appointment to the fitting of the stone and even following up with us after the installation was completed.The installation was done by Phumzi and his team and once again I was really impressed with the professional way in which they conducted themselves on site. They were very detailed and thorough throughout the installation process and ensured that we were 100% happy with the installation; sealing of the stone as well as ensuring that there were no scratches and/or chips on the stone.In a day and age where service and workmanship is not encountered as often as it should, I would like to commend you on the service and workmanship that we received from Jonathan as well as Phumzi and his team. You should be very proud of them as employees and I trust that you will acknowledge them accordingly.
