After phoning SA Garage Doors for assistance and guidance to reset and align my garage door opener because the door no longer closed fully (also interfering with setting my home alarm) there was no hesitance by management to help me, even though I was not their customer. I wish to thank Shaun who eagerly explained the procedures and press-button steps to quickly solve my problem.

hi my experience with this company was amazing. from the quoting to the installation within 2 days from my go-ahead. they were so professional and always returned my phone calls. when i had a small alteration i wanted done they came out the same day and did it for me no charge....and most surprisingly without any excuses or complaints...... would highly recommend them ..well done team!!

On Sunday afternoon a bracket broke on our garage door. I send a message as well as some photos to the owner of SA Garage doors on Monday, asking him to send me a quote for a call-out fee as well as for the replacement of the broken part. He immediately responded and a gentleman called me to find out my location and to give me a time when their team of technicians will come to fix the problem on Tuesday. This morning they arrived promptly and replaced the broken bracket. I later texted the owner to give him my details for the account. To my astonishment they said it was not that big a problem and that there is no cost involved....meaning that their service was for free! It is such a blessing to still get such wonderful workmanship nowadays and then also for no cost at all! Thank you SA Garage doors for your prompt reaction and excellent service. You really made my day. For splendid and friendly service and good value for your money, I can most definitely recommend SA Garage doors. You most definitely have a customer for life now.
