The half chicken and prawn dish was so well prepared and delicious to the last bite. The restaurant is vibey but the service can be frustratingly slow. The prego roll and trinchado dishes need some work but the other offerings are authentic and tasty.

Diaz Disappointment.3 times unlucky, after realizing they forgot our order, I was told an espetada is a steak with egg, as a cover!! Ordered salad, got chips. All the food came in the wrong order.Service not worth anything.Rather go to the best Portugeasa Taberna, Casa Valdez.

What a rip off.The food is below average.No value for money whatsoever.You can work on R300 a head if you’re eating conservatively but then you are subjected to chewy and dry meat.Left hungry and went elsewhere for dessert.

Looking for authentic delicious Portuguese cuisine. Then head to Dias Tavern in Somerset West. Nicely tucked in near the Porra Grocer which has quality groceries. The food is tasty and service is great!
