I used to enjoy their meals until I bought a platter 3 days ago with terrible fish that had a funny smell. I only managed to finish the fries. The rest of the food was stale, the squid heads had an elastic texture and very hard to chew. I had to throw away the rest of the food because I couldn't stand the smell as well. I don't think I'll go back again. I'm very disappointed.

I don't like to complain but the service was horrible. Cashier was moody & did not inform and add value. Same with the Debonairs Pizza cashier, she was also in a fowl mood. The only delightful person was the manageress who was helpful. Will not visit the store again.

The way I love fishaways, I was so disappointed when I received my coleslaw in a cracked container. I had to eat my meal without coleslaw. I lodged a complain but since the manager promised to replace it on Tuesday, I am still waiting even today. #fishawaysphillipnel

I am very disappointed by the cashier who assisted me. Moila Matsatsi ,not only did she offer mediocre service ,her attitude was disgusting.As a customer I was requested to go look for change?? What is that ?? How am I expected to come back when I need to be considerate if I have money that needs change or not .

I must say,I'm yet very disappointed about Fishaway in Phillip Nel Pretoria, this is the 3rd time I bought hotpot meals and specifically requested that they make it using nuggets as advertised and instead after driving 20km to discover that it's fish cut in pieces

if been calling for 45 min. And no awnser. For no awnser I have to recharge my phone with airtime cause If they don't awnser the phone it does still take airtime. It's not the name fish aways that is bad it's the lazy staff. They want to get payed but they don't want to work. Fish away please check on who you are hiring cause that's the people giving you a bad name.if you get responsible staff everything would go much easier.and there won't be bad reviews. This place should close its doors. 10:43 and no one touching the phone to pick up. I just edited my post

Ordered a meal and they dont have spoons. They are not even making an effort to go get it so im now stuck with a meal which i cant eat with my hands.

Placed an order at 19h50 on 04/11/21 at Fish Aways Philip Nel Park and was told the order will take 45 minutes. Waited 2 hours only to find out that my order was never given through. This is absolutely not acceptable. Although the Manager apologised, the rest of the staff were laughing and chatting while he was trying to explain what happened. I am not a happy customer after this non service delivery and I have been supporting your business since the day of opening.

I am currently waiting on an order for an order I placed over 45 minutes ago at Phillip Nel Park. I believe that the whole point of ordering online and collecting is so that I don't have to wait so long in store for an order. I am utterly disappointed with their customer service and etiquette. That is not how things are supposed to work.
