I love this place. Love their food, however lately I've found their customer service lacking. Twice in the same month I've received the same incorrect order.I order a Phad Wo Sen, but I have twice received a Phad Thai instead.I don't want a phad thai, I didn't order a phad thai. I chose the healthier option for a reason. But yet I must sit here and eat it because I refuse to drop another R140.And honestly with their track record of delivering the wrong order, I don't know if I want to drop more money here.

I love this Grocer. And I support these guys almost daily . But the customer service is getting worse. Not the friendliest.

Best Tom Yum soup with tofu I've ever eaten. Highly recommended. My noodle dish was also excellent. I'll definitely make Ubon Thai my go to restaurant every time I'm in Cape Town.
