I arrived at the Roodepoort branch just after 15:00 on 18/05/2022 and was received well by reception. Unfortunately the whole experience was spoiled when I met Peet at about 15:28 who seemed very upset that he had to help me and then commented ''you people who are bothering me at this time'' with a very aggressive tone. It is a first for me as a client to be spoken to like this.

The reception lady is very friendly, but the sales lady by the name of Lynn is so unfriendly, was so in a hurry to just drop the phone,uninterested, besieged with arrogance, she might as well had lifted and banged the phone. I assume this is due to lack of competition, too much tenderishing... customer service is no longer of importance
