I had a very bad experience with Cracé head office in Krugersdorp. First I did my Microneedling course and recieved my products very late. Then my Microneedling pen did not work. After a very long fight and bad attitude from them it was infact the wrong cartridges they sold to me. Then my friend bought her 3rd nail lamp from them and all of them are faulty! Instead of giving solutions they blame you. Very very rude...Candice is not very professional.
