Clean and neatly packed, easy to locate the clothing items you looking however there was no one to assist me with a Shoe size. I walked in, Sanitized and greated the security at the door from there i felt alone and helpless. Enden up going to another store where i was assist from the Door and immediately i bought my shoe after fetting 2 different sizes. The floor stuff in this store nesd to improve and be present at all times till the store closes.

Absolutely useless! I received 2 hemisphere shirts as a gift and the size was too small, came here to exchange them for a bigger size and I was told that I must bring the receipt with me??? How the hell do I bring a receipt with me for a gift that I received? No wonder your stores are empty because your customer service" or rather lack there of is absolutely pathetic!"

They do answer their phone. My daugther in law want to exchange clothes bought by me in Secunda and it is to small. She has got the slip.They do not want to exchange itwithout permission letter. We send the letter fromSecunda. They do not teply on the email or answer their phone. Extremely bad service and I shop 40 years with Truworths. Horrible service.

DO NOT BUY HERE, the staff are extremely rude and ignore the customer. WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN, first time and they are just not worth your money.

Customer service is none existent in Truthworths Kolonnade Mall, being waiting on a queue for 2 hours. Till points available, but not manned while staff is roaming around doing nothing.

I went into the shop, and one of the staff members was on my tail for a good 4 minutes. Every turn I made he was there. He made me feel really uncomfortable.
