The team at Pampered Paws are always so kind, and they make my mini Schnauzers very comfortable. They always do a stellar job of their mini Schnauzer hair cuts. I've had loads of people ask me where I have my boys done, which I think is a great compliment to Pampered Paws.

My 4 dogs had their nails clipped and I was blown away by the care and kindness shown to my two very anxious babies and the love and attention given to the other two. The parlour was clean and the shop is well stocked. Thank you Pampered Paws, we will definitely be back.

Amazing service, my puppy was handled with care & came back well groomed. The receptionist is very friendly. I will definitely take my puppy back there for regular grooming.

Very happy and clean doggies. The shop is clean - no smells of wet dogs. It was a great experience for me and my babies. Convenient Parking just outside. And the shop is stocked with pet products. The staff are super friendly. Will definitely go back again.

Excellent service. They're fantastic with my otherwise reactive 30kg dog. We've never once had an issue, and he's always excited to see the staff.

Very good and happy with the service of Pampered Paws. My dog doesn’t like other dogs and they are always very accommodating. My dog always comes out amazingly clean and smelling so incredible!

I have a two year old German Shepherd that is very clingy and known to howl nonstop if we leave him in unknown places (the vet, groomers).He was apparently very good and did not howl once. He was clearly quite comfortable!We paid R350 for a groom - ears, teeth, nails, undercoat, etc. He was super clean and very soft at the end. It was also only an hour!Will for sure go again.

We are new to the area (from out of the country) so I was a bit nervous about the experience. However upon arrival we were graciously greeted and made to feel right at home. My pup came out looking fantastic and exactly as discussed. Thank you for a fantastic first experience! Looking forward to more in the future.
