Dis-Chem Pharmacy Bayside - Tableview

Received my 1st Covid jab at Dis-chem Bayside today .10 out of 10 to the staff at this venue. From start to finish , it was very well organised. The staff were exceptional: Pleasant , helpful , empathetic and efficient. Thank you all for your excellent service.

Usually always have everything I need. Love walking around the whole shop even when I only need a few things. The pharmacy staff are brilliant & always friendly & helpful (majority of them anyway). The only negative is that the phones often ring for 10 minutes or more before you get to speak to anybody.

The staff here are so unhelpful... I actually hate having to go to this store. If they don't have stock of something I need at the store I usually go to but have at this Dischem. I literally check every other store before I go here... It's at that point where I'm willing to drive an extra 25 minutes just to avoid going here....Every time I have ever gone here and needed to ask a question the staff are rude. They're clearly in desperate need of customer service training.Here are some examples:- I sat for an hour waiting for feedback on a script. The gent helping me could have let me know know 15 minutes in that they weren't able to assist me but he insisted on making the other store FAX him documents before he would give me feedback.-Today at the till I realised I grabbed the wrong item and asked the cashier if she could send someone to quickly grab the right item. Instead she pushed all my items to the side and said I must go get it myself and proceeded to call for the next customer.-Previously I had asked for some information regarding a line of facial products. The lady that was there shouted at another staff member to come help me and then just stood there.. No hello to me nothing just proceeded to ignore me...Point is these people are so rude. It's obviously a culture in the store because it doesn't matter how polite you are they all couldn't care less.

I received my first covid vaccination yesterday, 2/06/21, at this clinic. Although I waited in the queue for nearly three hours, I found the staff and security personnel extremely kind and accommodating. Chairs were continuously sanitized as were my hands. Well done Dischem Bayside! I was pleasantly surprised.

My wife and I had our first vaccination this afternoon 3 June, We would like to congratulate Dischem and all their staff for their caring, courteous and efficient way they behaved to all the people being vaccinated. Arthur & Gayle Buchanan. We were very impressed.j

Shocking service the admin needed to get a box of headache tablets would be far more effective if they actually had staff trained and on the tills. A million chatting staff ques of customers. Very poor turnover time and very uneducated unskilled or trained staff. Management needs help!

What helpful informative staff at the clinic. They helped me keep under budget with medicine and ensure my sons hand was thoroughly cleaned and bandaged.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle, truly a great asset to Dischem. Friendly, efficient and helpful. We will be purchasing the tap filter from this outlet. Once again thank you for the wonderful service, Michelle.

Booked a slot for the vaccination and got confirmation of our slot betweenn 8-10 am. Decided on this venue as it takes 50 bookings per slot. Arrived at 8.10 an and we are number 96 in a queue to get vaccinated. There is no control to verify if the peolle made bookings are the ones who get priority. It just seems like its another corporaye greed of just making as much money as possible without carring about the consumer.

Queued for 10-15 minutes at the dispensary simply to ask how much an over the counter medication would cost. Infuriating waste of time and absolutely ridiculous that my privacy is invaded when purchasing a Schedule 1 medication.I was told by the person serving me to 'take it up with Head Office'.No, YOU are in front of me, you are an employee, YOU tell your employer how furious your customers are.Dis-Chem, sort yourselves out! There is no need to have every customer bunged into the same queue with prescription customers.It was made worse by 3 employees standing to the side of the dispensary counter having a good old chinwag while we queued, flatly ignoring us.
