I have never come across such an unprofessional business woman!We had asked what time we should collect our dog and were told 13:00.Unfortunately the groomers only had one contact number and could not get through to that number. We were contacted by the woman who I am assuming is the owner- screaming at us on the phone saying our dog had been groomed and has been waiting since 11:00. We apologized to her on the phone but she had told us to come at 13:00.We left to fetch our dog and received another screaming phone call. Instead of being spoken to like people we were treated like garbage!Once we got there we were greeted with screaming and belittling as if we were this woman's children! I told her she needed to calm down and we were told 13:00. She proceeded to scream and shout to the point that she couldn't even catch her breathe and then her husband decided to get involved and scream at us too! I have never come across two people so angry at life and so unprofessional! If the concern was for the dog being in a cage this should have been communicated that out dog will be finished a lot sooner and to return at a different time!We were screamed at that our dog was waiting since 11:00 but was wet when we fetched him. Our whole backseat was wet? Just so unnecessary WE will definitely not be coming back nor will we ever recommend you taking your fur baby to such aggressive people.
