If you are going to stay in Heidelberg, this is the place to come. The host, Alexander, is the most attentive and generous host I have ever come across. We were booked into a reasonably priced room and received 5 star service. I would highly recommend Hannas to anyone. The rooms are extremely clean, high quality fittings and furnishings and safe parking. There's literally nothing these folks wouldn't do for their guests. If I could give this place 10 stars out of five I would. And they are pet friendly!

This is the place to stay for a weekend or a night.Alex is a very friendly warm person. Our room was like home away from home.The service was excellent and Alex made us feel very welcome.Our son got sick on our way there and the Saturday afternoon Alex brought him Peppermint tea with honey which made him having a nice afternoon and night sleep. It was very safe my kids cud drive their longboard in the yard and road. Thanx Alex we will be back.in the summer.

Hospitality was fantastic.Extremely friendly for mountain bikers.Alex went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even gave filter coffee in the morning as a gift.Big thumbs up.:-)

An absolute gem of a place. Very clean, tidy, fully equipped with basic necessities and lovely back garden area to enjoy.Alex is very accommodating and was so kind and friendly. He really made our stay extremely pleasant and we couldn't have been more happier with our choice.Thank you Alex for the hospitality and on doing such an exceptional job.Also big thank you to your lady helper for her outstanding work and her politeness.

Alex is a great host and always helpful and friendly. It's a clean and well maintained overnight experience.... Will always come back if I'm on the road, you feel at home and that is great. The best place in Heidelberg to stay for sure!

Neat! Comfy! The cleaning lady also did an amazing job. Although the owner was sick, he still checked in with us and met all our needs and more. Had the generator going through loadshedding. The stay was very enjoyable, it felt like I'm at home.The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful.The cottage was cleaned daily, my washing was done and fresh towels were provided on a daily basis. My vehicle was safe. It was also within walking distance from shops. I stayed here a month and will return any time with my family. I can seriously recommend this place to anyone, whether you're on business or for leisure.

We were on a bike trip and experienced mechanical problems. Alex and the community went out of their way to assist us in resolving the problem and I can recommend Alex’s guest house for anybody who wants to stay over in Heidelberg
