The lady that assisted us when we were there had a snobby attitude towards us. She wasn't keen to assist us when we told her that we don't have a definite budget that we are working with. And there wasn't a variety of dress choices for the colour we asked for.

On our first visit, we found the dress and knew exactly what we wanted done to it.A month before the wedding, my mother suggested that we should go back to the shop, as they might have forgotten about my dress. When we arrived, nothing had been done to the dress. My mother told me what she thought of the forgetfulness of the shop. The next moment, the owner very rudely opened the curtain and snapped at my mother, saying, I know how to do my job. You don't need to tell me how."
