Nothing but praise for the doctor. Had a broken side tooth and she removed it professionally. The next day I did not experience any pain at all. The receptionist called me on my day of appointment to confirm my appointment and I received a follow up call the next day. The anti inflammatory medicine she prescribed worked a dream to help my mouth heal. For my follow up visit I received my call to confirm my appointment once again. This practice is superbly set up with it's own crazy machine on site for instant scanning of every operation to confirm each procedure. So for any dental work needed feel safe to come visit.

This was my second visit to Dr Makhubela. The first was about a year ago to get my teeth cleaned and xrays done. Both appointments went smoothly. Dr started a fiber bridge on a upper molar today and the only discomfort was the normal deadening process which wasn’t as bad as i remember from past dental work. The fiber bridge feels great. Absolutely no complaints. The office staff was pleasant and the Dr was very gentle and considerate.My dental visit gave me a reason to smile for no reason, knowing that I have a perfect smile. I am no longer afraid to lough out loud fearing that the dentures can fall off. I smile and lough with pride and joy, without fear.Thank you for a great service I'll definitely come back for more soon.

This is by far the best Dentist I've visited. They are not only Professional, but give the best service. I went for a couple of visits for my Dental treatment, most of it was painless (my pain threshold is low). I can confidently recommend them. You wont regret it.

I can't recommend this place enough! Easily one of the most beautiful (Drs) rooms I've ever been in. Also she carefully explains everything she's going to do before doing it and does so in a super friendly manner. Im yet to experience *any* pain whatsoever (I'm sure it's not the norm!). She's professional and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. And her meticulous attention to detail is astounding!It feels both like home *and* like a cool shop. Everything is so incredibly clean and beautiful! Everyone was super friendly and warm.The incredible experience had actually shattered my negative stereotypes and past experiences Dr Makhubele is the Dentist in RSA if not the worldI'm actually looking forward to visit this practice (my follow up checkup).

Today I'm reminded of the worst experience I had. June 2022 I booked an appointment for a tooth extraction plus a wash, on the day of the appointment an extraction was performed by a short dark lady, to be followed by a wash. The pain and trauma I experienced is out of this world, immediately after I had to hoop in to Medirite pharmacy for pain meds, I was bleeding so bad that I had to get cotton wools to change right after leaving the surgery, and that was the beginning of my nightmare, few days after I went back because the pain was unbearable and I couldn't open my mouth, was assisted by a male who discovered that there was a piece left, he drilled, dug and the likes, eventually he sutured. But I again couldn't sleep I went back to the practice and the lady who initially did the extraction attended to me with so much attitude and range, my heart sank and right there I decided I'm done with them and never going back but I have since been in pain, some days are worse today being 1 of those, my jaw is locked and I can't eat, but I can't even seek assistance from somewhere else because I'm traumatized still. They actually prioritize and give top tier treatment to braces over extractions.

The service I received was best, the moment you walk through the door I felt the warmth of the staff, the great gospel music. Thank you so much for the wonderful service...See you next month
