We gave our laundry in on 27 October at 8h and asked that it be ready on that day. When we couldn't collect it before 17h on that day, we returned on 28 October at 7h, only to find that it had just been washed with no excuse to why it is not done 24hours later, other that a mis communication. We had to leave at 7h on our long way back home and because our laundry wasn't done in time, our trip had to be lengthened to wait for our laundry. Not very happy about the delay in service.

Probably the most expensive laundry service I've ever done. Paid R290 (cash as they do not have card service) for around 1kg of clothing (they didn't even weigh it). Asked for 2 washes and dry. 1 normal and 1 whites only.After collecting clothing. The folding was appalling and the clothing felt like it wasn't washed with any detergent.I would not recommend this place & definitely won't be using them again.

We didn't have alot to be washed yet it was quite pricey, once we received the clothes they didn't smell like anything, could've just been washed with water for all I know. Literally only used Rawson because they could get our laundry done before we had to leave Knysna.

For several occasions I've been taking my laundry at this institution but, the level of professionalism is not on par. Hence, I was reffered to the website when I requested to have a meeting with the owner. The manager would rather believe her employees instead of the clients'. I've had to remind them about the fabric softener as well. The staff is not responsible and accountable. In a nutshell, the Custer service is ppoor. The manger even made remarks as to 'warpath was that about. I do.t appreciate it and I will not condone such.

The clothes was clean and smelled nice but my one shirt was still a bit wet. They only except cash no cards. The people was nice.
