Absolutely disgusting medical aid (if you can even call them that)! I am 39 weeks pregnant and on the verge of giving birth, I have been trying to confirm exactly what I am covered for since the day I found out I was pregnant and to this day am still struggling to get a straight answer! After being told that everything was covered 100% and not to worry about any co-payment, now when I'm due to give birth they are going back on that and covering next to nothing! One of the most magical days of my life is already being ruined by this horrid medical aid". They wouldn't even cover the whole cost for my pre-natal vitamins AND they were the cheapest of the cheap to begin with!We pay THOUSANDS a month and are covered for NOTHING!!This is the absolute worst "medical aid" you could ever go with. If you actually want to be covered I suggest you look elsewhere!"

Honestly disgusted with this medical aid.. I pay thousands every month and get nothing in return! They can't even cover a single over the counter medication.. They also don't even pay for my Genral Practitioner(GP) on certain occasions... Absolutely useless... What is the point... I'm already busy switching over to Discovery, people please don't bother with this medical aid...

I tried giving a zero star rating. If you are on medical aid with them take my advice and CHANGE YOUR MEDICAL AID. if you are in need of care you will get it as well as all the bills, these people pay for nothing and is actually committing a crime against us normal citizens by taking our money but then you cannot even claim a panado on your medical aid. BE AWARE OF Moto Health Care STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

They dont cover most important things mostly there are always shotfall in every thing

This is not how a medical Aid should operate, the savings you get per annum don't cover even the most basic of Medical costs. Basic medical standards require for you to visit the Dentist for cleaning every 6 months, yet Medical Aid that you pay R4400 for a month only gives you R8.5k per annually to cover all medical expenses, how do we take care of our health in this case...

Terrible scheme. Been a member for 15+ years and always a battle when authorization is needed for a procedure. Recently needed an in hospital dental procedure for my 10 year old and they declined it saying it must be done out of hospital under conscious sedation, absolutely heartless scheme that don't care about their members, all they care about is getting their premiums every month. Needless to say I will be moving over to Discovery as soon as I can, cannot wait to leave this medical aid.

I've Been a member for years with this Medical Aid, firstly im Happy with the GP Visits - However we are in the Middle of a Pandemic - where we have to get tested for COVID ( Referred by Network GPS to have the Tests done) and being told that I have to pay for the Covid testing because I tested Negative... what do I pay Medical Aid for? I have Colleagues who have had all the testing being covered regardless of it being Negative... (With other Medical Aids). So we are just to have Money Lying around just incase the medical aid doesn't seem fit to support us. I have followed the correct procedures and I pay a hefty contribution for me and my family each and every month for testing contribution to be rejected.... SO NOT HAPPY WITH THIS MEDICAL AID AND THEIR NON SUPPORT DURING THIS PANDEMIC

0 STAR RATING - You are pathetic -People pay THOUSANDS of money for cover and then barely have any cover. How do you all sleep at night.

been a member for 41 years, tried to get authorization for a cancer surgery.now after 5 reference numbers I still do not have authorization number and is unable to speak to some one in management ,an absolute horrifical experience. Can some one please help me ??????????????????????????????I'm 72 how long must I wait???????????????????????
