Not a good experience, I'm afraid. They were so rough, and they hurt my gums while doing their checks. Part of my mouth has been sore and tender for 2 days now since the visit. The most painful dental experience of my life when all I was doing was a check up and a clean. They also don't do a thorough clean since they don't floss.

I don’t like speaking negatively about anyone, but my first visit here is now costing me another dentist visit somewhere else. It’s been a few months since my visit here and the pain has just been getting worse again. After my visit, my tooth became really sensitive again but at first I didn’t think anything of it because I thought it was normal. As the weeks went by, the sensitivity did not subside but I just kept hoping that I’d get use to it (by sensitivity I mean that every time I drank something cold, my tooth would become extremely painful). It’s now about 6 months later and it’s just gotten so much worse so now I know that something was not done right at my appointment. I cannot chew on that side of my mouth and when I drink something, I try my hardest to keep the liquids from touching that tooth because of the pain I get. The dentist was not the friendliest either. I’m okay with a dentist not talking to me while they’re busy, but the only time she spoke to me was when I asked a question before leaving, and her answer was still quite blunt... I was also not told what was wrong with my tooth, and I was not told what was going to be done to fix it. I don’t know if some dentists just don’t do that, but I believe the patients ought to know what’s happening at least. The assistant was nice though.I didn’t really feel welcome either… But I am glad there are people that like this dentist. Based on my first experience though, I won’t be going back.

I met Both Dr Mayet and her dental assistant yesterday , they were just so gracious and helpful. I went in there a little nervous and scared, and in a lot of toothache pain but they were so calming, warm, friendly and welcoming. I would recommend her practice a thousand times over. I have never come across such friendliness. Thankful our paths crossed, she became my forever dentist yesterday.
