The licensing office is run by the local authority - the City Council of Mhlathuze.There is usually a long wait to relicense ones vehicle. The staff are efficient however the local authority/municipality can't seem to devise a system than can expedite the licensing process.

Excellent service even during the pandemic, I just went today and I never had a problem. They are always willing to assist. Especially the security guys, really nice and helpful.
