Bad service and i will never go back there, i went there to clean my teeth and put a filling instead ex-ray is the first thing they think about it. I am still waiting for their call till today

Bad experience in my life. Dr Fundi Ndebele is very rude to the patients and her employees. When she was busy with my tooth removal, she was swearing at me and also told me that i must never come to her surgery. I kept asking myself what have i done. She removed the tooth but the other piece is still there which i feel that is a rip off. I am busy lodging a complain at HPCA. I cannot allow her to take people for granted. If you are thinking of going there you better think twice or get yourself a good debtist that will respect you and give you a good service.

The worst and she pretended she cared when I complained but yena she does not shame! I do not recommend her services. She booked a surgical extraction for me and she did not pitch for it only the specialist pitched. I did not get anything for pain, I am literally managing my pain from home with bleeding on a daily she blocked my calls, she does not even want to give me and invoice for the procedure so that I can claim. I sent an official complaint with SADA The South African Dentist Association. They responded by saying this is common and I should send my complaint to the Dr.
