THE BIGGS PICTURE
They deliver quality pictures and videos - I won't take that away from them. However, I recorded a video in February with them, received a rough draft in March and still haven't received anything (it's end of august). I followed up numerous times and one of the members just never got back to me, his last message was in March.I gave up on the 1.5 hour video, but just had to share my experience. I really hope no one else is experiencing this.
