1st time experience, the counselor(Kaylie) is easy going and friendly(professionally). Works with you at your own pace and doesn't rush you through the program, while also ensuring you do not dwell on the same issue without progress... I have had great experience and still looking forward to more. I recommend Phoenix Counseling if you are reading this review
