Dr FC Patel

Honestly the worst attitude and service I received from a doctor in my life. Called before hand to tell them my medical aid has no benefit however can they still send it through for tax purposes and send me a bill and I will settle in 5 days. They told me yes it's no problem. Doctor gets there, tells me abruptly there's no medical benefit and that he can't help me unless I pay cash now. I explain to him what I told the receptionist and he said no they don't deal with accounts, I must fetch the money now and that calling the medical aid already cost them R20 to confirm benefits. Besides this, he hardly checked my mouth, merely touched my tooth and said he must extract. Doesn't look like they even have an X-ray machine to make sure before just deciding to extract the tooth. I went to draw the money but on my way back there I decided to cancel the appointment because I deserve better service than this. When I stood by the reception window he was sitting there not even acknowledging me and I had to wait for the receptionist to come just for me to tell her to cancel the appointment. I can't get to the Dr's name as I think there's to but the one I'm referring to is tall, light skinned, grey beard.
