Camp site is fine. View is stunning. We enjoyed the experience. There are a few things that can be better. Go with a SUV. It's only a 1 km gravel. But I would not take my car.

Absolutely great. Can recommend to anyone. Food at restuarant was amazing. Clean ablution and well-equiped kitchen at campsite. Friendly staff.Tranqual. Beautiful animals and view. Will go again.

Pabala was an amazing get away. We stayed in the rustic country house and ít was lovely. The kids had so much fun with the local animals and safely walked around on their own. The views are breathtaking and you are surrounded by nature. We enjoyed the self catering and had a braai with the sunset on full display.

Pleasant drive from PE with 2 friends. View is beautiful, owners are friendly. The food at the pub is amazing. A wonderful day all around.

Went to view the venue as a possible wedding venue. Absolutely nothing loved it! Then went to the pub/restaurant for some lunch. All I can say is WOW! That burger was unbelievable! I haven't had such a great burger in a very long time!

We had the most awesome experience. We booked at the farmhouse cottage for Saturday to be a part of the Family braai at Local is Lekker Pub and Grub. What a view....we had so much fun, dancing, eating amazing food, service was amazing...the wildlife is extra ordinary, Zebra at your feont door at night, birds all around you, amazing....we ended on Sunday with the most delicious breakfast ever......Our next trip will be at the tented camps...cant wait....Thank you

Great area full of surprizes and potential. Roads need attention. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Had good game sightings. The genetically manipulated game were great to see, eg golden Blou wildebees, black Impala and bronz Springbuck. Great restaurant on site with excellent menu, prizes and tasty food.

Excellent especially if you are going to, or just have tackled the Baviaanskloof passes, this is the perfect over night stop. Added are the self drive game drives. Loved it! Ablutions are clean and obviously the owners put in a lot of effort. Don't under estimate the local is lekker restaurant.
