Phoned through to check pricing and how it would all work if I had to bring my cat in. A lady answered who couldn't have been more dull and uninterested/half asleep if she tried (almost put me to sleep), dragging out one word answers and then proceeding to tell me goodbye before I had even finished speaking.. I cant speak to the service one gets but if you cant get me to your door I guess it doesn't really even matter what you have to offer. We love our pets and I would NEVER leave them with anyone or any place that spoke to me like this!

I was so worried about my young dog's knots and bad matted hair. It was impossible for me to get them out. Ally at Tip Top was amazing. She calmed me down and said they would use patience and make her comfortable. I got back a happy and beautifully groomed dog. And some great advice. Thank you.

Highly recommended for three reasons:1) Pets are happy and relaxed when collected,2) Service has been maintained to a very high standard and3) Feedback if relevant, on anything observed about your pet, will be both helpful and sensitively addressed.

I would HIGHLY recommend Tip Top Groomers - Ali and her Team are PHENOMENAL!!My dogs are always happy going there - they look after them so well!!We are emigrating to the UK - Ali is looking after my 2 Dogs while we quarantine. The service has been incredible - nothing is ever too much trouble.It makes it so much easier knowing they are in safe hands.... until they fly to me.Ali cares for them as if they are her own pets.I would DEFINITELY recommend Tip Top Groomers!!!
