LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!! Monica is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!

Had an appointment yesterday 29 May 2023 for 15:30.I arrived 15 mins early so I didn’t mind waiting 15 mins.At 15:30 the receptionist makes me sit at the table to choose my colour. 4 nail technicians were busy on pedicures and manicures on two other guests while I sat there. At 15:55 I got up and left. No offer of anything. No explanation that techs were running late nothing. Just sit choose my colour which I did in one minute. Lol. It’s a joke the hospitality here.Melissa Moses

My therapist is Karabo from Sorbet Greenstone. She is brilliant at doing my facials, manicures and pedicures. I love the fact that she pays attention to my preferences. So, I have never been disappointed, and I always look forward to the treatments, especially after a busy day or week at work! Kudos to this young lady.

I have been using Sorbet for gel nails for over 2 years. I have visited a number of beauty consultants and every obe has been welcoming and friendly. Amazing, the nails always look great and last until my next appointment which is sometimes 3-4 weeks on. Thank you ladies for such a great experience!

Particularly when it comes to parking and restrooms, people with disabilities need considerably more care than they currently receive. I find it repulsive that a Sorbet employee used a restroom that was created just for them without any remorse.We were horrified to discover that the sole accessible restroom had a 10-minute wait when we went shopping with my sister-in-law, who has Cerebral Palsy. You and your gleaming Sorbet Staff badge on your shirt, however, nonchalantly strolled out of the restroom, brushing us off after my sister-in-law wet herself while waiting for you.Do you know how humiliating that is for her? It's clear that you don't care. My wife and her sister eventually resorted to utilizing the family room to clean her up as you took your time in there.We cannot wait outside while you, an able-bodied, self-centered waste of a human being, use the room when the bathroom next door was VACANT when she desperately needed to use the restroom. (Yes, my wife checked, and she found that there was nobody in the restroom and not a single stall was in use.) You have no clue what a difficulty being disabled is.You could have at least apologized for your behavior, but instead you went and hid inside the Sorbet store next to the restroom entrance. An apology would be a good place to start, and vowing not to act in the same way in the future would be a great follow-up, but it is obvious that SORBET hires low-quality workers. I wish I had a nicer word to use to describe you, but there isn't one. This is the best I can do, and yes, I calmed down before posting this post. Before sitting down to write this, I let my temper simmer for two weeks.You used to have the support of my wife, our friends, and family; our bathroom is packed with SORBET products; I even visited the Pretoria location to treat myself at SORBET MAN; but you will never see us again; and when we run out of your products, well, there are plenty of other products available.And Monique, I tried to call you to let you know about this incident and give you a chance to make things right before I posted this on the internet, but alas there was no answer. I can't say that I was shocked. Ironically, it seems you care just as much as this staff member of yours.It makes me wonder if you use the accessible parking space for those with disabilities when you go shopping or if you stop by the nearby accessible restroom when you visit your branch to check on your inhumane personnel.This message is not intended to provide you or the shameless staff member a chance to apologize after the fact, but rather to tell you of the situation. Since I caused a scene at your establishment, I'm confident that you are already aware of the incident. Don't get in touch with me unless you've fired this employee and taken real, documented and measurable steps to stop other SORBET employees from doing what she did.Despicable.

Love the friendliness of staff. Shop is a bit of a tight squeeze.Unfortunately hit out in small blisters the next day.Maybe due sensitivity.
