A company that be a reputable company does not take responsibility when THEIR Staff damages a customer wardrobe cupboard, and then still gets there Insurance Broker to question the client about what he should verses what he does have, strange world we live in where a outside wants to tell you what and how you should purchase things for your home as a excuse not to be liable and take responsibility for their actions. Installed laminate after a water-damage insurance claim. A few months later, the boards had settled and shifted because the the old screeding ended up being uneven. An email and a phone call later, everything was sorted in a timely manner. Great service in the end.
