Excellent service, friendly staff

Always very helpful, friendly staff.

Postnet Rondebosch has moved premises but luckily they are still in the Riverside Mall. Helpful young staff that are more than willing to help me (who is technically challenged) when I need something printed off my emails.

Cameron helped me and I had the loveliest interaction. Wonderful service!

This Postnet is probably the best one I have experienced in the Western Cape. They are very thorough and their client service is excellent. All packages I have sent with them have been carefully packed and secured and has always reached it's destination. Thank you for the Rondebosch Postnet Team for your amazing service! Keep doing what you are doing!

Chop chop service. They acknowledge your presence in the store as soon as one walks in. Brilliant.

I am extremely disappointed with Postnet courier service. I sent a guitar up to Johannesburg and despite it being double bubble wrapped and fragile stickers placed on the package - it was vandalized and the case carrying the guitar slashed and damaged. Despite taking out insurance - apparently this only covers theft and loss- no responsibility or accountability was taken on PostNet behalf to follow up and hold anyone to account. As a result, I am out of pocket as I needed to refund the cost of the guitar case to the buyer. The alarming thing is despite having gone into the store and reported this to the staff - there is a complete disregard for following up or reimbursing the customer on any level. Extremely poor PostNet - A disgraceful disregard for your customers, of which I will no longer be one
