Had the most fantastic service from the team at Roof Insulation. Isoboard ceilings installed with Aerolite on top what a fantastic job. Just for the record our third installation with you guys. Many thanks to all.

It is with great pleasure that I give Peter and his business five stars. We had some issues, and they had to come back, but his commitment to ensure a happy customer and his no-nonsense approach to giving the best work possible is unheard of in this time and age, especially in South Africa. After sales service is non existent in most businesses, but not with this one! Keep it up Peter! (btw the insulation has already made a 6 degree difference in our loft rooms!)

Perfect experience! If there were more than 5/5, I would give that rating. Found them on a Google search and from that moment had an amazing experience. The website shows accurate pricing and has lots of details of all the products. I requested and online quote and within 2 hours received my detailed quotes which were extremely good.I contacted Peter who owns the business and gave me excellent advice on which product to use in my roof. he has been in the industry for more than 25 years.They said they could install 2 days later and I opted for the Ecose Earthwool German product.They arrived 30 minutes earlier than the agreed time which is unheard of in the industry. The installation was excellent and done in a clean and efficient manner. Peter supervised the installation and within an hour the ceiling temperature increased by almost 4 degrees.I can carry on, but this was the most professional installation and interaction yet in this industry. I will recommend them without hesitation and their prices are unbeatable.

My experience with this company was really bad - they did not do the work according to our agreement, my roof still leaks and when I climbed into the ceiling to check the work, large areas were not insulated. I had to check up on them continually and they had to come back to fix shoddy work several times (to no avail, clearly). Finally they just stopped coming back.

We had insulation installed on Monday and could definitely feel a temperature difference straight away. The biggest blessing was the amazing noise cancellation as we have corrugated iron roof and it's extremely noisy when the wind blows or it rains - enough to keep you awake at night. With this huge storm on the way over the weekend we could not have chosen a better time. Very happy with the 135mm Aerolite's performance thusfar. The 2 lads had a tough job as we have a very low roof peak but they worked quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend. A big thank you to Trish for the great service.

Personally quite shocked after I was accused of lying about a damaged trap door in order to delay payment. The business owner himself called to deliver the verdict, and the tone was pretty hostile considering the circumstances. I can't believe that business would even insinuate this without solid evidence to back it up.---------------------Update: Comment on the response from the owner below---------------------1. Unless you have some forensic insight I'm missing, to assume to know when the crack occurred based on a single photo is either beyond your skillset or simply not possible. If you have something other than your own personal opinion to back up your assumption, please do share.At the very least, one might expect to get the benefit of the doubt as a customer.2. To withhold payment from a contractor because of damaged property is not unreasonable. Making accusations without sufficient evidence certainly is.3. The amount was paid in full, on the day of installation.4. To refuse further interaction with your company based on the way I was treated is not unreasonable. Your attitude over the phone was certainly hostile. Why would I let you or any of your employees back into my home?

Stay away roof “cleaning” service. After going into our attic the day after the service i was shocked to find dust, debris and actual stones and rocks still lying in our roof. The owner of the business called(shouted) me and threatened to blacklist and sue me if I dont pay the remainder of the invoice. Not a single shred of decency. What a ripoff

What a breath of fresh air dealing with such a professional team. They were on time, quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It was so hot we couldn''t even sleep, first night after the Aerolite was installed we slept like babies with a nice cool house:)
