Sent my quotations to them beginning of February up to date haven't received any response from them. The last time I called ll the assistant told me they will investigate and come back to me. Still waiting for their come back. Not renewing my policy and want to urge others to be careful when taking policies with this insurance. They are sending me on a merry go round and I think it's deliberate because my policy is due for renewal and I have not yet done so. How can I after this experience.

Sent quote to them on 31st of March, a month, and a half later claim has still not been sorted out.. Quick to sell you something but when you want to claim or get something repaired there is always excuses...

The service is appalling. Its 3pm and the service invoice for my car is still not approved. The claims department puts you on hold for 30 plus minutes. I will definitely terminate their services. They are terrible at their job. They are not even serving of 1 star.

WORST COMPANY EVER. IF you are looking for a warranty plan go look somewhere else, I wish I had seen the Hello Peter reviews before getting on this plan. I can't believe Wesbank recommends these scammers. Their claims department do not answer calls and will keep you on hold for hours. They have no sense of urgency, no customer service to speak off. they are very prompt on taking their debit order though. Read Hello Peter revies my experaince is the same as a lot of people

I have a tire and rim cover with dem. Tire got damaged went to tiger and wheel de whole process took less Dan an hour m a happy client.

I bought a vehicle extended warranty policy adminitered by Motorite/Motovantage. Unfortunately, come claim time they were not helpful at all. The vehicle was in pieces at the mechanic for 10 days waiting on an outcome for the claim. I am very dissapointed with the service and outcome. I would not recommend any insurance policy administered by Motorite/Motovantage.

I logged a claim on 31 May. Today is the 16th of June, and the very small scratch (a very small repair) on the nose panel of my car has still not been repaired. I keep getting communications that my claim has been approved and authorised to a panel shop that will contact me. I have had one that has reached out to me, but they are not anywhere near where I live or work, so they were not suitable. I asked for one closer, and I'm still waiting. Pathetic service!

I am unimpressed with the service I recieved from this company. I submitted a quotation and no one has gotten back to me! I even said I am willing to pay the difference! I blame Barons Bellville for referring me to this useless company! I will never recommend their services to anyone!To anyone looking for scratch and dent cover, do not bother with these guys!

A bought a vehicle from a dealer and a mechanical warranty was added from MotoVantage, i received the invoice (dated 31 March 2022) and now that i need the policy the Motovantage can't supply me with the policy number??so after two weeks I managed to get my policy number and now for almost a week VW is jumping through hoops to try and get the claim procced. It looks like MotoVantage is delaying and looking for a reason not to help. And I'm sitting without my car for three weeks

Always receive the BEST service from Lionel Abrahams!! As a premium dealership employee its ultra frustrating to waste my time on holding....After holding for over an hour with a shoddy reply from the call centre agents, quick copy to Lionel and I received assistance in less than 5 mins. Thank you for making my job easier
