Wouldn’t even give them one star.Paid R650 for them to replace the battery and pressure test my G-shock. Upon Collection I was in a rush and didn’t inspect the work done, trusting their service… to find out that water got into the watch in the shower… watches seal wasn’t put back in properly (visibly hanging out of the watch) and the watches light wasn’t working at all.Thankfully G-shock could get it done properly.

Took my watch there and they checked the other one that just changed the battery somewhere and wasn't working. Never even charged a cent. Great customer service

Very very poor service. Asked them to change the battery of my Seiko Chronograph for them to tell me i need to pay extra to make it waterproof again. When i got home, I saw that they had broken the seal of the battery that makes it waterproof. Totally careless about the customer.WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!!
