A disgraceful place to shop. Service is pathetic, you stand in queues for no less than 1 hour, NEVER have all Cahiers open and the store is filthy. Only positive is the pricing. Why oh why do I punish myself to stand in a queue for an hour and a half, to save R50.

The prices are great. But the service staff here are very rude. We were attacked and shouted at for trying to enter the store 15 min before closing. We were told to turn back at 16:45 when were there to spend over R1000. The lady at the door insisted they close at 16:45 while the board reads 17:00. We were shouted at horribly, threatened that we wouldn't be allowed to pay for our purchase as they had already cashed up. Never again, just on the service alone!!!!!!! I had been rung up by 16:55 (see slip attached). Visha (cashier) was the only pleasant individual at that store.
