Duzi Signs

When having flyers printed the final product had colour variations and stripes through solid colours. Where there were none on the supplied design, obviously a printing issue. When queried the staff said it was as supplied. This was definitely not the case! The owner didn’t answer the phone when called about the problem.We print regularly with other printers with no issues. We will never use Duzi again, and I suggest you do the same!

Perfect for my liking..gave me what I wanted

Fast effective efficient service. Been dealing with them for months and never disappointed. All my babys clothes are custom made even his nursery wallpaper done professionally by them. Highly recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would. And the staff is dishonest.

Had a sign made with this company about a month ago and the service was very good. I later needed a second sign made and contacted them again. This time I spoke with a gentleman who assured me that he would get back to me.. But never did. I called and messaged numerous times thereafter, only to be given excuses and once again told that I would be contacted.. But never was. They also seem rather uninterested and unapologetic for the bad service. Makes me wonder if my first experience with them was just my good luck on that day, or if they actually operate with such poor professionalism. Very disappointing.

ZERO rating!All the following occurred for a single printing job:1. They overcharged me on my invoice and I had to go back to their shop to reprint a correct invoice.2. They could not keep to their proposed deadline and gave my prints a day later (that too, not what I had asked for).3. They sent me drafts of the work I needed printed with multiple errors, despite me giving them a printed document of EXACTLY what I needed to be printed. (i.e A format and word for word!)4. They do not wear face masks at the front desk (yet this is a government regulation) but we cannot enter the shop without one!!5. I was blamed for miscommunication and misinterpretation despite having WhatsApp messages as proof.6. They promised me one thing and gave me a completely different form of print!Completely disappointing and disgusting business ethics!Definitely not recommended.

Poor Service. I had printed a vinyl banner by Duzi Signs. I had given the guy the correct measurements. Yet my banner was made shorter than what I had requested. Truly disappointing. They don't respond to messages and it's really frustrating.

Top quality service and product. Had requested a vinal printing for my brother's funeral and due to power outages the printing was not ready in time. Duzi staff when beyond the call of duty and spent an additional two hours after their closing time and completed my artwork and installed it at 7 pm. Due to there professionalism understanding and pure determination to insure customer satisfaction I was able to send my brother of displaying the artwork I had made in his honour. Thanks again duzi signs keep up the excellent work

WORST experience! The owner implied that I was an unpaying customer just because I queried his changes (which he did not mention to me) to my order - how pathetic? Not only is the owner unprofessional and embarrassing, he trains his staff to be just as arrogant and rude as he is! Also, notice how he responds to each customer's honest negative review with an insult - what's the need for that?! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. A true waste of one's time.
