I use UniCopy Davenport on a regular basis and find them to be efficient and professional and always ready to go above and beyond the normal call of duty. Granted, businesses have their on and off days but I personally have never had a problem. I highly recommend them.

The sales dept have no idea what customer service is. School online order to pay on collection at school, no option to select the pmt option at school via the online order. Called to ask for assistance, first person cut me off. Called back, 2nd person didnt know how to help me, put me on hold, doesn't explain to the 3rd person, so I need to explain again. 3rd person doesn't confirm that order is placed, so I ask her to confirm that the orcder has been placed with the order number I have received, she puts me on hold, attempts to transfer me to someone, about 10 tries to transfer me, eventually putting me through to reception. It's great to have school contracts but the necessary admin staff need to be equipped to handle the service related queries in a professional manner. This was an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience of not just 1 person, but 3 staff members!

For Starters the promises are false 75% of the time, you call at 08:00 they tell driver on his way ,you call back at 12:30 driver left an hour ago. From Glenwood to Pinetown takes 6 hours. This is the empty Promise service we get.Personally its Bad would never ever recommend them to anyone.Weak service reaching to pathetic week after week.

Best service I have had in a long time! They did not have enough stock of the item I wanted so the gentleman behind the counter insisted he go to the warehouse and collect for me while I waited, less than 5 minutes and I was on my way back to the office. Will definitely use them again.

Unicopy head office in Berea has the best service. I have been dealing with Thulani for almost 2 years and there has never been a time that man told me they can't meet any of my requirements.Thank you Thulani keep up the great work.
